We have bought a lovely Winchester garden furniture set from Lakeside and we could not be happier. The customer service we received was outstanding and the after sales service was equally as good. Andy is a real expert in customer service and I cannot recommend him and Lakeside highly enough. I wouldn't buy garden furniture from any other company.

We bought the Winchester range 2 weeks ago Andy delivers amazing service, furniture delivered to our house the same evening. His customer service is great including after sales with a query we hadIt looks truly incredible.... Really makes a difference to our garden and I know it will be enjoyed over this summer particularly and for many moreAll I can say is that garden furniture is in short supply, we looked everywhere, get down to Doncaster Lakeside if you are thinking of buying some you will not be disappointed

Brilliant Service! Fast, efficient and friendly delivery. Ordered my garden furniture only yesterday with the lovely lady in-store at The Lakeside, and it was delivered today. Andy rang me this morning with an estimated time and the delivery guy rang to inform me that he was approx 10 mins away, and he carried it all into the garden, except for a few cushions which I contributed into carrying while he did a great job safely manoeuvring it all through the gate.I am so far very pleased with the furniture, the style, the colour and the quality. Just waiting for the sunshine to come back. Thank you to Andy and Team.

Good online customer service. I am very happy with both my order and the price but also the Customer Feedback which avoided a disaster. It's hard to experience reliable customer service nowadays, but Lakeland went above and beyond to satisfy my request and honour their sale.
