As they are the type of landlords to-do nothing in accordance with being a landlord and have a few properties in neath area.We have previous and current tenants with the same issue coming forward with past and current living conditions.We have rented from them for 7 years, and we have had nightmares getting repairs done even the basic gas safety checks had been ignored.We have damp in the property, water leaking in the cavities/roof/doors... mice, and slugs entering the property. We been Limited on what we can use on kitchen ring main as it has been bypassed onto dinning room ring. Single glaze windows are rotting. Back fence is down damp in children bedrooms.They will not fix any your issues. We did approach environmental health back a year ago and that was just useless as they did nothing to help.We finally got our no-fault notice to leave from them today, and so glad we can start to get the help to move out here and away from this dodgy landlord and living conditionsWe have filed legal proceedings. Wouldn't give them any more work as we had a garage conversion which has turned out to be a disaster after 3 years. We have had to have another builder in now to strip back the roof as he has said the roof is unsafe. The valleys were weak and should have been more robust which is why water is coming into the building. The troughing was also higher that it should have been which is not helping the situation. Basically, when we asked him to look at the small leak 2 years ago he turned up and said I'll look at it as a good will gesture"
