I've been frequenting this place for a while, and it's lovely. The staff are nice, the food is tasty, the place is clean and slick, and most importantly the coffee is great.

The only place in Runcorn Shopping City with warm inviting lighting, oh and good coffee. Friendly staff, and the usual Coffee House service, food and oh good coffee. Not sure why I found myself in Runcorn Shopping City, (worth a visit for the experience) but very glad to see the warm inviting lights of a welcome friend. Plus Greggs next door.

Just found this coffee shop this morning - glad I did. Don't know how I missed it before but I'm told it's only been open for 7 weeks.Fast service from pleasant staff. It has a lovely atmosphere and we were very comfortable with its surroundings. Will certainly go again.

Lovely place, very clean and welcoming.Had breakfast and a coffee in The Coffee House, shopping centre Runcorn. Was there early for work and glad it was open at 8am

Lovely coffee store, loads of variety regarding drinks, food, snacks and dairy alternative options are available as well.When there are a lot of customers, the acoustic goes up quite a bit, and together with the coffee machines it may be a bit overwhelming if you're sensitive for sensory overload.

I much prefer it to Costa, just a short distance away. Better coffee and a more pleasant atmosphere. The staff are friendly and helpful.
