I seen the focus ST3 on autotrader one Saturday morning. We were driving to the area on the day so last minute decided to pop and see the car, when I rang and spoke to Sean at South west Automotive's he was just leaving but said he would stay on so we could view it. We went for a test drive in the car and the it was great, exactly as described. We come to a deal with part exchanging of my car and that was that.The overall experience was great, and enjoyable. Thanks to Sean for this as changing car can be a stressful time but he made it effortlessly.

Having recently purchased a car from Sean at South West Automotive Ltd I can’t praise him highly enough for outstanding customer service. On discovering a small problem with the car Sean immediately got it checked over and arranged to resolve the issue even offering to pick up the car from my workplace and returning it to me at the end of the day. I couldn’t ask for more. I would highly recommend this company.

Really impressed with the service I’ve received from Sean! Super quick sale and amazing customer service. Car was purchased, ownership transferred, taxed and delivered all in just over an hour!Nothing is too much trouble for Sean, including delivering something to me that I’d left in his office! We purchased our car from Sean this week after seeing it online. As we lived so far away, Sean went out of his way to provide a super detailed video of the car, inside and out so we could get as close as possible to seeing it in person!! Brilliant service and delivered to our door…. Which was a 13 hour, And near enough 700 miles round trip for Sean and his dad… fantastic service!

I initially contacted Sean at South West Automotive to buy the car off me for a quick sale, but Sean sat me down and after a long chat we decided to go for a different route. Sean reassured me that we could achieve a better price together and so we agreed to do a sale or return agreement. Sean took the car off me and made sure it was in the best condition possible and sold the car for me. I cannot fault the communication and updates I received regards to the sale of the car. I am more than pleased with the results and happy to know the car has gone to someone who will love and cherish it just as much I have.
