Thanks very much Lizanne for seeing me and sending the after care videos. Will give them a watch and get some shoulder work into my routine.My shoulder feels SO much better. I got to the evening yesterday and realised I hadn’t felt it once all day. No tensing, pain or tingling. Such a relief I can’t tell you. I really appreciate you helping to sort it.Am sure I’ll do something else to my body in the future and will know where to come.Thanks again.Rachel

I went to Newbury Sports Massage, as I had been experiencing pain in my shoulders, right elbow and left Achilles years, which I had put down to age…The first session Lizzy worked on my Achilles and shoulders. The Achilles was cured instantly! And shoulders were improved also. The second session Lizzy worked on my elbow and shoulders. All issues now appear to be resolved, I can now do pushups with out being in pain, this is the first time in years. Don’t suffer in pain thinking it’s down to age go and see Newbury Sports Massage!
