Fantastic place aways love the way they do my nails wouldn't go anywhere else

Had gel on natural nails. Over two weeks in and still looking good.

Just took the Mrs to get her nails done and she was sort of ok with how they turned out but going back a couple of weeks later she decided to have them removed the older gentleman said no worries and decided to take the acrylic nails off and I’m no expert but he was extremely rough not once did he soak them but decided to lift the nail with a acrylic nail you stick on to begin with me which has caused trauma to the nail and making it very sore and not even taking the time to dress the nail or properly file them there was no care no attention just ripping the nails off cleanly which I’m no expert but after looking at other ways to do it you should run a mile if the nail technician starts to do this anyways we aren’t going back and should avoid this place if you want your real nails to stay on !!!!

had who appeared to be my lady, she was really efficient and gentle. i came with my sister as we were both getting acrylics done so when the lady was ready for me, she put a chair next to me so that my sister wouldn’t be alone. she took in turns with us and got both our nails done in good time. they turned out exactly how i hoped!

Friendly staff, quick service, sometimes have to wait 20 minutes up to an hour as they are very busy most of the time. Sometimes their English is difficult to understand, but they are very friendly!

Felt uncomfortable with the gentleman who did my nails, huffing & puffing - being rough with them. Just seemed like he didn’t really care which resulted in nail varnish flooding into my cuticles and looking really messy..

The staff are really friendly and quick and they do my nails so good.

Overall wasn't too impressed by the nails but that's not even the issue.The issue is the old guy who works there. He is so incredibly rude and not just to me, he was more rude to another girl who was having her nails done by him.She asked for a certain colour from a picture and he was so abrupt and dismissive to her then eventually stood up and gestured that he was done, said he wasn't doing it and that the woman (I assume his wife?) would do them.Then he switch with the women to do my nails and then just started being rude to me...Probably would have still gone back if it wasn't for him, but he made the atmosphere so tense and miserable. I think everyone in the shop just wanted to leave.
