Royal Jordanian Airlines

I was at the Erbil International airport on 04/01/2021 for more than 10 hours but unfortunately no one from royal Jordanian airlines was there to get some advice. all the airlines help advisers was there accept royal Jordanian this is really disappointed and i get cold and flu because stay in cold weather for soo long. I won’t advise any one to use this airline and I will tell this story to everyone.

We recently used RJ to fly back to London. The aircraft was dated, a very old Airbus A321, with no screens working, toilets were broken, and the service was horrible. The tickets were very expensive too and we had to pay for seats, check-in luggage, etc.Conclusion: avoid if you can and only take the 787 Dreamliner flight to London if you can.

I reached London to find out at they broke my son's buggy I made a complain but no one replied tills now about compensation.The flight was fine, they staff at desk were unfriendly.

Absolutely rubbish. Staff in Heathrow airport on 19/08/2023 were rude, not helpful and keen to STEAL tickets money from passengers. We gave them a British passport & they were like what is this?? Like they cannot readThey were making excuses not to allow passengers on board.They asked for residency card for BRITISH CITIZENS !!!!! Like WTH was that??? When we told them they had the citizenship and made it clear that there is no way to have the card they went to visa requirements where we can do on ARRIVAL but luckily we have obtained the visa beforehand. They refused to get people just because they didn’t obtain the visa which can be done on arrival (allowed by law). Not travelling on this airline again ever and will share our experience with as much friends as I can to help my friends have a nice a safe journey !!!!

The worst airlines ever, flight was rescheduled and I was made to wait for more than 12 hours sitting in the airport no accommodation was offered and on top of that they lost my baggage no communication I had to call Amman office while I live in London as London office never reply unless you want to make new booking.

Absolutely rubbish, none of the contact numbers are working. You can not get any information about anything. Staff members at Heathrow are absolutely very unhelpful. I wanted to travel to Erbil despite having 3 jabs done they still asking for pcr test, while I travelled by different airlines they never needed

It was good journey and left almost on time, but I was highly upset when I reached Antalya because I had a problem with my knee and could not use the stairs, I requested to use the aircraft left, but then after going down I was asked to pay 190 $ , I was shocked, it's usually free. When I told them it's highly over rated the person from Jordan Aviation refused and insisted to charge much, I said I will pay in pounds so he decided that 190 dollars equal 170 pounds, he figured out that himself. It was horrible and I had another flight to catch and could not afford to lose my flight I payed but told them that I will complain, he looked to me the Jordan aviation man and laughed and left me in shock

Absoloultly very good airlines.And helpful staffWhen i call the royal jordanian airlines at amman head office.I explained to to them i cannot travel on the booking date because of i was sick.I asked them to issue an open ticket.They done it along the phone .On demand no waist of time.My open travelling ticket was issude.Thanks to royal jordanian airlines.I wish all your helpful staffAll the best and more successes.God bless royal jordanian airlines

The plane clearly hadn’t been cleaned from the flight before. There were used tissues on the ground and in the seat pocket, as well as fingerprints on the window. The seats were frayed and all in all it looked like the plane had been in use since the 70s and not well maintained since. The staff wasn’t friendly at all and messed up my order of a vegan meal. When the meal service came, they accused me of having changed my seat and this caused the mix up myself, when in reality, had reserved my seat when I booked the flight. They came back much later with a meal package that had stuff already taken out of it. Never again.

The best airlines that I have flown so far. And I have flown quite a few. The business class seats are super comfortable, the food is the best in the industry. One of the very few airlines that treats people with respect and offers exceptional service. Food options are just outstanding, beats even restaurant menus. Highly recommended if you have options on your sector!
