Don’t bother. We paid a deposit instore, come installation date/time they came 3hrs late. Later noticed they didn’t even install the carpets properly, as the points between the room and landing area came off when vacuuming. Impossible to get a hold of them afterwards.**Update** - Instore customer service was decent. Updated to ratings.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, they provide mattresses and beds for the company I work with on the same or next day, service is amazing, quick and kind and I would definitely recommend them. Prices and again services are worth it.

Quick and easy straight forward purchase from the Ash road shop with easy access to car parking round the corner. Very helpful in the shop purchased a good carpet last Saturday and had it installed this Saturday by 2 very helpful and polite fitters. Price was a lot cheaper compared to other bigger well known stores would highly recommend

These guys are amazing. They carpeted most of my home, the fitters are quick and efficient, even did a quick repair to a skirting board I didn’t know was loose! I took both of my daughters there when they got their own flats and were on a budget. They give honest advice and always give a good deal. So pleasant to shop with as well.

Was recommended here by my mum and sister. Have got the flooring for pretty much whole flat from here. Had to order a 5 meter roll of carpet due to size of one of the rooms. This was no issue. Absolutely amazing job done on the fitting. Would highly recommend them. Quality of carpets and underlay are amazing.

Rude manager, and poor service. Quote and choice of carpet keeps changing. When the manager was booked to do measurements he forgot to turn up on the day. Came the next day but didn't know how to use the sat Nav so kept getting lost. When he did measure the floors he didn't bring a pen and paper and had to write on the back of an old envelop from his van. The guy is really really arrogant, and was trying get rid of his old stock. His sons had a better handle on things and they were polite and compenetant. When they gave us prices the dad/manager would claim we made them up. Poor service and really rude dad, strongly advice to avoid this place.

Paige and his flooring team fromAmir Carpets fitted our carpets in Fairfield Hitchin. These fitters were top professionals, worked non-stop, unbelievable work ethic, great personal skills in terms of communication, temperament and flexibility. Very highly recommend.

Had my carpets fitted in June by this company and have waited some 4 weeks before writing these review.I have no problem with the quality of the carpet or the service. I am disappointed with the fitter service. They seemed to rush the fitting . They did not make sure that the floor was free of debris-still stepping on them! Newly painted skirting boards were badly scratched .They also do not takeaway the old carpets- make sure this is agreed before purchase.On the whole, I will not say ‘avoid’ but make sure you clarify and check the work before paying the balance.
