Appalling service by staff more interested in having a laugh than providing customers service.Food quality is poor, evident frozen food, which has been reheated- steak quality isn't good either.Price should be noted that this is mega expensive considering it's re heated freezer food- so expensive for what you actually get!

Great experience when we visited at teatime 2nd December '23. Food tasty, decent portion sizes and fair prices. Our waitress Emily was an absolute gem! So friendly, welcoming and helpful. A credit to the team!

I feel bad for the staff. They have to serve massively overpriced, poor quality food with a straight face! I don't mind if I would gladly pay £40 + tip every day of the week however, you can't honestly justify the price for the amount of food I received.When you pay nearly £6 for chilli fries, you don't expect a handful of fries with a sprinkle of fresh chilli and chilli sauce!£14 for this pizza!The chicken burger was soggy with grease served in an overdone bun, with a scattering of fries on the side... top value at £15, I mean a little garnish or a side salad wouldn't have broken the bank.I did mention I was expecting more for my money to the manager on duty who brought our plates out, with embarrassment they apologised and was never seen again.There's no customer value and unfortunately this seems to be the case with chain restaurants but this is the worst I've come across of late!

While the food was undeniably good, the slight delay in its arrival was attributed to the busy day, a consequence we anticipated. The lunch menu proved to be affordable, with the carbonara, while less 'saucy' than other locations, still maintaining its delicious flavor. Desserts on the set menu are lacking, unfortunately.The drink selection, typical of Frankie and Benny's, offered a variety, although beers and cocktails leaned towards the expensive side. On a positive note, the free refill option for Zero Sugar Soda was a welcomed touch.Service at Frankie and Benny's was a standout. Despite being informed of a 10-minute wait at the door, we were promptly seated after only 2 minutes. The woman serving us was not only efficient but also friendly, engaging in a pleasant chat that added a personal touch to the dining experience.In summary, Frankie and Benny's delivered a positive dining experience with good food, despite the slight delay on a busy day. The service was exceptional, and while some aspects like drink prices leaned towards the pricier side, the overall atmosphere and friendliness of the staff contributed to a pleasant meal. A solid choice for a casual dining experience.

Called for a late breakfast/eatly lunch before tackling the Christmas shopping! Staff were friendly but not in your face. Food came out fairly quickly, but that may have been as we ordered breakfast food rather than waiting for the 12 noon menu switch! Place was very busy for so early, which is a good sign, although some may look at that as a negative I most certainly do not! Would I go again, probably!

Today 2nd October 2022. Me and my boyfriend visited frankie and benny's in Leeds white rose shopping centre. My boyfriend ordered whole rack of pork ribs which came with fries and corn on the cob. I have ordered a sirloin steak medium with 2 onion rings fries sauted mushrooms with garlic butter but they were out of the butter. We also ordered a side of corn on the cob this was our mains. We did also order a chicken caesar salad as a starter to share. As shown in the pictures some of the menu items were crossed off as they were not available. Let me start with the service, the service was great from the beginning to the end. We was greeted with a smile by a helpfull young lady. Our waiter a kind gentleman was really patient with us as we could hardly decide what to eat. As for the food I do have to say it was a little bland meaning the chicken in the salad, the fries, and the steak and the mushrooms. Which is not too much of a let down as they did have salt and pepper shakers on the table letting you season to your own likings and maybe that's why. Unfortunately, today the chicken was a little dry in the salad and wasn't too juicy but the dressing did help a little. The sauted mushrooms I feel like were not sauted at all or at least not enough. It tasted pretty watery and the small bowl had a build up of water in the bottom. The steak could have been a little more pinker. The fact that the items were unavailable could have been due to being Sunday afternoon I'm not sure. Over all it was a great experience with kind staff and a clean well looked after place.

Have been there couple of times.One of The worst French Toast (Chocolate + banana) I have ever eaten…..Don’t worth the price….Bread is not warmBanana is too raw…Chocolate sauce had no taste…The big one all day breakfast can’t complain.Worth the price.Drink list is rich.Main course so far is quite good.Staff are helpful in deed.

May of been as it was inside the White Rose and therefore smaller than others but menu seemed limited. Was still good choice and price though and food was nice with fast, friendly service so good for lunch while out shopping but not best Frankie & Benny's for a proper sit down meal.
