I met Mark for the first time and for are caravans first service he was very professional and did a fantastic job I asked him a number of questions of witch he explained very well I highly recommend Mark 100 % and look forward to seeing him next year.

Gone back to having a caravan service, that comes out too us. Turned up on time, nice and friendly service.They are swift approved which was great for us and for our warranty. Would highly recommend.Very good value for money.

Contacted them over a week ago by filling in form on website, left couple of days no reply so called and spoke to the chap he said he could sort out my problem and would send me a couple of dates he could come. He didn’t reply after 3 days, so tried to call again twice no answer sent another email still no reply. Wouldn’t recommend them at all. Steer we’ll clear.

Very poor customer service was recommended this caravan service provided by another caravan service provider who had good reviews so I thought I would go on his recommendation what a mistake that was Tuesday call was made and date was booked for the Friday Friday came text sent at 9 am to confirm still coming received a text saying yes about 12 pm my wife waited in from 11 am till 12 no show then then we called them to see if they were still coming and they said yes but they’re delayed on a little job there should be there just after one 1 o’clock came no-show then another call was made and they said they’ll be there to no-show again at 2:30 I called Mark he said the other man that works for me is still on another job but we should get out there soon which is funny because I assume that mark who I booked with was the man coming to do the work which I was confused about anyway 3 o’clock came he would not answer the phone kept ending the phone on me Noway to run a business not even a txt or call to say I cannot undertake even thou he had booked in for 4 days advance

I called C.L.S. to inquire about a service for my caravan. Due to my location being 5.7 miles outside their 30 mile limit an additional £20 would be added to the £165 service charge. when challenged, it was instantly apparent how short-sighted they are. Ever wonder why some folks are successful and others just get by? They have a mentality i can't subscribe too.
