Contacted GIBMW for a diagnosis of vague symptoms, car shaking on start up on occasions and a rough idle. Turned out to be a solenoid for the oil pressure. This garage were impeccable throughout, the way a customer should be treated. I had an external warranty and they were more than happy to email me what was required in a timely manner to allow the warranty to pay towards the work. Its a bit of a journey for me to go, but for future servicing or work requirements in my car i will be returning to this place. Couldnt fault it one bit.Price wise, id put it somewhere in between a basic garage and a main dealer, significantly cheaper than a main dealer. Whats better is they use genuine BMW parts, not cheap knock offs. Part of the work is being paid by a warranty, but id say its always worth a wee bit extra to have someone who knows what they are doing to diagnose/maintain your BMW.

I have used garage several times over the past year and would thoroughly recommend them. On every occasion they have been very professional and helpful, taking extra time to give explanations of the work involved. They are my go to business whenever I require work done on my precious mini.

Been using glasgow independent bmw for a couple off years now and I can only say great things about them just had my timing chain done 320i the car was a joy to drive home I would recommend them to all bmw owners they always keep you updated with the work getting done

Having recently used their services I would definitely recommend Jason and the team to anyone and will be using them again in the future. After taking my car in at short notice for some major engine work (timing chain etc.) Jason took time to explain what work was needed and all the costs involved. I was kept updated on the progress of the work and everything was completed in line with the original estimate I was quoted. Very happy with the service from these guys!
