Abinger Guest House

Within walking distance of the centre of Leicester this is a great value guest house. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The breakfast served was filling and tasty. Will always try and stay at the Abinger Guest House when in Leicester.

Great little place, cheaper than a hotel in city center. Location is about a 20 minute walk away from Leicester center. My room had a second twin bed that I didn't use, and the owner of the guest house was super nice when I arrived before designated check in time. The bed was super comfortable. Would definitely recommend, and if I come back to Leicester, I'll stay here!

Nice clean, friendly staff easy access to town in 2min by car. Very comfortable bed clean room and free WiFi, Very Good. Definitely use again and recommend.

I think the owners were really friendly. I stayed in a twin room that was very clean and comfortable. Smart TV was a nice bonus. Loved it!

Very good owner pleasant chatty very helpful. Good prices excellent cooked breakfast. Rooms have everything you could need. All sockets also have phone/ tablet chargersWill definitely be coming back.

what can you say about this guest houseI'll tell youI stayed there for approx 10 nights while working in Leicester .. I had to return to London to get some bits for the job . I owed Abinger guest house some money.. unfortunately for me once in london I was involved in a very serious car crashafter months of surgery and all the goes with itI contacted Bob to one square my bill and find out if the case I had left there ..And yes it was Bob and Denise had looked after even though there had been no contactBob was more concerned about my health than the moneyso let me tell you this is a fantastic.clean .friendly place to stayalthough be very careful of Denise you ( Mrs Bruce Lee )Also If you like cars seeing Bob's is well worth your timeAll I can say if your in Leicester for work seeing friends or family, if you don't stay here you will have made a seriously bad mistakeThough only negativeI can stay there for everThanks Bob Denise #2truelegendsPaul.

Decent guest house at a good price. Room was clean, nice and tidy. Not as small as you might expect from a guest house. Wi-fi connection works well. Somewhat close to the road so expect a little noises from the cars. Shared bathroom and shower worked fine. Nothing to complain about but not the most exclusive guest house either. Four stars

We had a lovely stay. the beds were very comfortable, Good and healthy choice of breakfast. Very homely. And you did it all by yourself multi tasking. Amazing. A good sense of humor over a breakfast table, what more can one ask for. And to crown it all, my daughter got a free brand new toilet brush for her university room, just because we forgot to buy her one. Thank you very and we will definitely be back.

Don't understand the stellar reviews. Room is fine, but the ones up front you can hear EVERYTHING. Walls are thin as I heard the chap in the next room snoring as well as all the street noise. Decent wifi, decent parking, quick check-in. Fine for one night.
