Extremely lovely lady who I chatted with. They really hold customers above just making money. I was asking about booking stopover flights and the lady encouraged me to look at other travel agencies as they couldn't get the best price with flights only. I thought this was so nice as she was basically giving up business to help me get the best deal.Next time I'm booking an all inclusive holiday I will certainly be going here.
