I have been here two times now needing a new tyre. Both times the staff were very friendly and helpful. Didn't need to wait both times. Got my brand new tyres fitted straight away. I would definitely recommend this place.

Not a great experience. Fellas were nice enough. Tyre fitter was obviously new and needed to be supervised (which he wasn't), damaged my car by not putting the arms under properly on a 2 poster ramp. Damage was sorted the following week- all paid for by elite garages so can't fault them for that. Area manager was very reasonable and understanding. The garage manager ended up fitting my 4 tyres in the end. I'm giving 3 stars because the issues were sorted quick and the actual job I went in for was done, however I probably won't be using them again.

The team are super friendly here. I needed help with a personal issue and the garage were more than happy to help. The staff were kind, and nothing was too much trouble. They went out of their way and even contacted me with an update to my issue. Although I haven’t used the team for my car, I would have no issue recommending Barry, Kevin and the others. (Apologies team, my memory is shocking).Thanks so much guys for being understanding and kind when I was stressed out. I look forward to visiting this garage when my car needs it.

Needed new tyres. They were really helpful and, as I do fairly low mileage, they didn't try and persuade me to buy the most expensive tyres. Very friendly too.

Really helpful where able to fit me in quickly which was very helpful as I had to get it done before I went away. The issue wasn't quite what was expected but kept me informed and gave me the option on what to do getting the parts ordered quickly. When I picked up my car the mechanic offered showed me the wear/damage on the parts he removed (they were very warn).

Really lovely staff and so so helpful, didn't mind us waiting for a couple of hours in the reception while car parts got delivered and fitted. Will definitely be coming back!! Thank you for the great service :)

Had my tyres done by yourself Saturday was my wife car I droped it off or my daughter house 10 mins drive from the garage in local traffic for my wife when she came home said was like driving on ice I don't drive the car I said how do you check the tyres on the dash as you can see by the pictures over inflated says on line 245/45/19 Y tyres for the car 32 psi all round her tyres I had changed were checked by Halfords tyres check only 10 days ago between 3.2 mm and 3.4 mm so where ok but had cracking so I decided to have them changed because my wife has my granddaughter most days and in the car as you can see by the pictures totaly over inflated 41 psi and 39 front plus back these tyres on the car245/45/19 Y are 32 psi all round you closed 12:30 Saturday she didn't return home till after you closed did try calling customer services but no reply over inflated tyres are worst than under inflated and you are professional tyres fitters we had to go to the petrol station and sort the correct pressure out if we didn't have the tyres pressure indicator in the car we wouldn't of know and it's not a problem with the indicator it's down to the fitting won't be using you again and will call customer service in the mornings ONLY give you one star so I could post would of been -5

Flawless experience.I booked via asda tyres who sent no confirmation email and made no effort to contact me.After calling Elite Garages within minutes they were able to find and confirm my booking.As for installation, the guys were really friendly and had the job done in good time.Had the car up on a proper lift, which impressed me as not all garages do this and just resort to a trolley jack.Overall very happy with the service, would definitely consider booking again in future
