Took my wife's Golf Cab there for an ABS brake sensor failure. They replaced it plus discs and pads on the same day. Can't fault them - an excellent local garage.

Great garage. Totally recommend this garage to everyone. In the last 2 years since I have owned my vehicle, I have taken my 2003 50cc 3 wheel PGO trike to Ropley Motor Services for its annual MOT's and its well worth the journey which we ride it 20 miles to the garage as it does 3 wheel vehicle MOT's. Ropley Motor Services are really helpful, lovely people to deal with in general, very cheaply priced for Hampshire area. They gave us a courtesy car on one of its MOT's and didn't charge for it. They are so much more helpful and more professional than any other garage that I have dealt with. I would totally see why big media programs such as Top Gear and the Grand Tour use Ropley Motors. I would totally recommend this garage to anyone in the area with their vehicles, and definitely for 3 wheel vehicles as they are very reasonably priced, very helpful people, very professional mechanics and reception staff.

Once again, superb service from Nigel and his boys.Booked my BMW 330i E90 in for service and MOT, job was done properly as usual, even the couple of extras I asked for.One such item was a gripe I had about handbrake travel, on collecting the car, the long handbrake travel had been sorted, and it now works better than it has for the last year.In the past they have worked on some of my company vehicles, and these have always been returned almost better than new.Pricing has always been very reasonable, with very friendly, professional service.Without doubt I will be continuing to use this very good company.

Had my car MOT was all fine and well but the blonde girl on front desk was rude, was on her phone and very unprofessional and unhelpful. Wouldn’t recommend for this.

I've had my MOT and a general service done here now & cannot fault it. Friendly & helpful. It's a little bit remote so I had to arrange a lift to drop off & collect my car but prices are fair and the service is great.

Recently been completely ripped off by this garage. I got several quotes for a minor service & MOT. Ropley Motor Services' was £184, which wasn't the cheapest, but I decided to book with them as I'd been happy with their service in the past and they still had good reviews. When I collected the car, I was shocked to be met with a bill of £323. I was told the £184 quote was the price for an MOT plus oil & filter change only, but they had also replaced the fuel filter, air filter & cabin filter - none of which were due for replacement according to the manufacturers service schedule. They claimed that they inspect all of the filters and replace them if necessary when they carry out a minor service, but I consider they are doing unnecessary work in order to deliberately overcharge customers. This seems to be a common scam not only restricted to this garage.I eventually got them down to £233 after they removed 2 of the new filters and reduced the labour charge, but I still feel totally ripped off by a garage I thought I could trust, and wanted to warn others.

Very good service - nice chaps and they work hard and communicate whats happening all the way through..ali10 years later - still a great company with fantastic service :)
