Excellent service every time I have decided to get my nails done, very patient and carefully intricate with designs and always go above and beyond with amazing customer service skills. 100% recommend, with the kindest staff. - Will 100% be coming back in the future :) x

Had a full set of gel nails, went on Sunday, only waited 20 mins, service was exceptional, the guy done a fantastic job and the exact design I wanted, so very very pleased, will be back for my infills in 3 weeks, so pleased I found this gem of a nail salon, will go for a pedicure next week too! I love coming to Alton Nails, I always get what I want and they go above and beyond for me when I bring them crazy nail designs. I have been a customer for a long time and feel that it is amazing value for the end result. All the staff are very friendly, and even if they are busy and you have to wait a little bit they give you a lovely coffee and they keep checking in to reassure you. I will always come back to Alton nails x

I'm a customer since February and I always had a decent nails with a good priceToday (21 July) the shop was really busy so I had to wait, it wasn't a problem.The problem was the unprofessional lady that wanted charge me more for the same service that I've be done every monthOther than that, I had pay twice because they were in a rush and cannot wait few seconds that the transaction was completed, luckily they refunded me.I'm not the type of person that argue too much but I felt really disrespected and to be honest, I'm not sure if I'll be back again.

They know my nails without asking and are always polite

I have been coming here for many years and honestly I won’t get my nails done anywhere else now. It is family run and all of the staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I simply cannot understand why anyone would put a bad review up- if you’re not happy with your nails for whatever reason you only need to say and they will fix it immediately. We are lucky in Alton to have such a lovely local small business.
