Just had my whole house carpeted and they have done a fantastic job. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I dealt with Christian who was excellent. The fitters were also extremely helpful who did a brilliant job with my carpets.

Very helpful in store and would have given a better star rating had the delivery been better. Failed to deliver on day stated, promised first thing next day but that didn't happen. Not very helpful when I phoned to ask where delivery was. Apologised but could not give me a definite time. A lot of waiting about and not being able to leave the house for fear of missing them when they arrived. Therefore only 3 star rating overall

We ordered a carpet from Countryside furnisher for our stairs and landing, not only were they great on price, they were also able to squeeze us in very quickly and did a brilliant job. Highly rated!
