0 stars. Either takes bribes or incapable/incompetent to carry out MOT tests. Obvious exhaust leak ignored despite recorded by themselves a year before? Car has had no work done as claimed by previous owner yet all of the previous years advisories aren't recorded this year? Will be reporting to DVSA with evidence

I pulled up to this garage with a faulty ignition coil, my car unable to exceed 2k revs, and they took it in straight away started working on it with no questions asked. Got me out of a real tight spot that would have been an emergency otherwise. Friendly and helpful guys.

Wow these guys are great. Cannot recommend enough. Had a sudden problem with the car and just happened to be close to their garage. They were so friendly and had a great attitude. Went above and beyond to make sure the car was running again before they sent us on our way. Even helped to drive us out of the tight spot we didn't fancy! Will 100% come back to them for all future problems. Big thank you to Matty. Great mechanic. Cannot thank you enough!

Overpriced, shoddy work. Took my car in a couple times and not only was I robbed blind, they caused further issues that left me out of pocket.Firstly, took my car in due to a suspension being broken/rattling. Fixed it up, the price was steep at £450, but moved on. Found out today after taking it to another garage that they hadn't put the shock absorbers back on properly which let me to be a further £200 out of pocket, lord knows what they would've charged me if I'd taken it back to Aladdin's and not told me it was their own fault for the damage.On top of that, I took it in as the ABS light was on and the air con wasn't working. Was told it'd probably need an air con gassing. Without being called or warned, I turned up to the garage to find out they'd done £650's worth of work without any warning to me, and looking at the receipts I was shocked at how much I was charged for each bit. What I wanted checked out, they'd made work out of and fixed without keeping me in the loop at all.Much more highly recommend taking your car to garages in North Kidlington. Well worth the bus ride as you'll save hundreds and have a much better and friendlier experience.

Took my car in and they diagnosed the issue almost instantly, which was the same issue I thought my car had, and said they would call me back later with a quote for the work. I didn’t hear anything from them for three days. Called them again, gave them my information and what I was told the issue was again and they said they would get the quote asap. That was in late June and I still haven’t heard anything back yet. Considering their good reviews I thought this was the place to go for repairs but the customer service I received wasn’t great

CROOKS! Dont go to them if you love your money! Never seen a dishonest garage as Aladdins ever in my life. Narrow and dirty. Booked for an mot as being closest to where I was living. They failed mot and asked for £750 repair. Even failed on 1 dangerous fault to keep the car captive. Of £750, they asked for 4 hours labour and do you know how much they charge per hour. They charge £96+vat in total £115 per hour. I took my car to other garages and a standard charge is between 60-70. I then asked the main dealer (who is expected to be the costliest of all) and they quoted me for the full repair to be £590 but they had a waiting of 1 week. When I went back to them and referenced, I faced with the worst behaviour from the lady there. They were making fun of me and me looking at places for quotations. They offered me £693 if I repaired everything with them this time but made me feel like I was a charity case.It does not end here. I searched google and found a garage with 4.9/5.0 rating 2 miles away and while asking for quotation and they quoted £350!. Looking at the car, the mechanic said before doing the repair, he woud like to do an mot again if I permit.AND YOU KNOW WHAT! Couple of bulbs changed and the car passed the mot with 2 advisories only. No repair.. Nothing.Now seeing my experience, if you consider going there still, GOD BLESS YOU!

I've used Alladin for a couple of years now and although expensive they always fixed my car well. This however, changed recently to the point I will not use them again.I left my car for a full day for lightbulb change, however upon arrival I noted my car still displayed fault. They didn't bother to check if the issue was repaired. I went in and with another mechanic we discovered it's the connector that was burnt. They said they will order a replacement part and will get back to me.This never happened. I called them to remind about the part order, but they never got back to me. After 2 weeks my light still wasn't fixed.After another ~month I needed to regas my aircon with the new heatwave under way. I thought it's a good opportunity to try to fix my light connector again, since I needed to leave my car for regas anyway.I left my car in the morning and called around 4.30pm to check if my car is ready. I was informed that they are starting to work on it at the moment". I came in at 5.30pm to find out that my car hasn't been even touched. They explained they couldn't find it

Car had failed its MoT and the MoT centre werent interested in fixing the repair. I knew these guys as I used to live round the corner and had used them before. I phoned them and within an hour they took the car in. the repair was mor complicated and took longer than anticipated, but they did it without question, and I was able to get the MoT sorted same day. Amazing, friendly and efficient service. I can really recommend them.
