Took my Macbook pro for a screen replacement install, Installed same day and fully working, was very helpful with great communication and good price. Was also kind enough to let me drop off early before work as-well and would definitely recommend this company.

Open on Sundays! Oxon IT Support got me out of a real pickle when I spilled water all over my laptop late Saturday night. I took it in Sunday afternoon, and two days later, it was cleaned up and working good as new! Crucially, unlike some other IT repair shops, Oxon's online information is accurate. At first, I actually tried to go somewhere else in the centre of town nearer where I live, only to find that they were shut despite their online opening hours claiming otherwise... But it was for the best, because I got top notch service at Oxon IT Support.Naveed was friendly and professional the whole time, and completely transparent, explained what the problems were and the process of fixing them both times, I felt like I was leaving my laptop in safe hands.I was also able to rent a laptop for a cheap price, and Naveed kindly managed to find a model that had Microsoft Word installed because I needed it for work. Everything was very easy. I will definitely go back again if I have any ther technology issues, even though there are places closer to me.

I was in a panic when I cracked my MacBook screen, after an email exchange I dropped it off to be replaced, there was great communication, honest and trustworthy repairs- definitely recommended. Can't say enough nice things about my experience with Oxon IT, I spilled liquid on my Macbook Pro and Oxon IT took it in the next day for a full check and clean. I assumed it was a goner as it was directly onto the keyboard and into the interior.Great value for money, quick, professional, easy to drop off and very thorough. They went through all my options, repair costs, potential issues, etc. My go-to place for any IT problems from now on, I literally can't thank them enough. And yes, it's working pretty much 100%!

In November 2020 I came to this shop to repair my broken laptop screen. I was quoted £295 and my laptop was sent to London for the repair. I then told the owner (Naveed) that I had decided to pursue the repair under consumer law but he convinced me that I should continue the repair with him and that I would not get the repair under consumer law, so I went ahead with the repair. Approximately two-three weeks passed and I got my laptop back only after depositing the money into the owner's bank account. Exactly 1 week later the screen broke again. I sent video evidence of the problem and called Naveed as soon as it happened. I was told that if I wanted a repair I would not get my laptop back until after Christmas and New Year. I was told that under no circumstances would I get a refund even though the new repair would take 4 weeks and would prevent me from doing my work in this time. The quality of the original repair was clearly very poor due to the laptop being unusable within a week, where I was extremely careful and used it minimally. I tried several times to organise a full or even partial refund and was astonished when the owner first accused me of lying about the problem (even though I sent video evidence) and then blocked my phone number even though I was never impolite or unreasonable. I of course would never trust them to repair my laptop for a second time for it to break again almost immediately so sending the laptop back to them was not an option for me. They did not care about me, the stress this caused me, the money I wasted or the fact that I was a student working for the NHS and had very little disposable income. I took the laptop to a different store and they said that the screen had not been installed correctly and repaired it for me for free within 2 days and it has been working perfectly ever since. The way I was spoken to is disgraceful and the owners do not care about anything except taking your money. I would not recommend this place to anyone and certainly would never trust them again as I believe they purposefully scammed me out of my money. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

Dishonesty and poor communication. Please stay away!Our communication with Naveed was sadly very poor. We were given false information about the state of the computer left for repair. Despite chasing many times via email and on the phone, we never heard back.

I spilled coffee on my husband's fairly new laptop, which then stopped working. I took the laptop to Naveed who explained the process very clearly and was very honest about the chances of it working again, once cleared etc. The service was very quick. I got a call the following day to say that it's fixable but will cost a bit more to fix the circuit. I had the laptop back within 4 days (only because it was the weekend). It was good as new! I was so relieved! Excellent, honest and quick service. Thank you!

Very professional, friendly service. Brought my laptop in for a screen replacement and was updated frequently about its progress. Was fixed quickly and at a good price. Would highly recommend!

In terms of services, they have done an excellent job and had also cleaned my full of dust laptop making it look like new.However, for removing and replacing a battery I bought separately the price does seem to be excessively high- £65 for that. I’ll have to mention that the battery was swollen and I was concern that it might become a fire risk at any time. This is why I had accepted to pay such a price.I initially took the laptop to the IT Service just to remove the battery. They told me the price, then I had asked if they could also replace the battery with the one I’ll bring when it arrives. I asked if this will cost me extra, they said it wouldn’t but asked me to make a contribution of as much as I would like to.I’ll give four stars for this service due to their high prices and the subtle potential for tax evasion. I say tax evasion, because I did not receive a receipt and I was asked to pay cash only.

This guy is the solution to all of my computer problems. I have used his services at least five times (I break laptops a lot, ok?), and he's always fixed everything for me in no time, at a fair price, and for good. I cannot recommend Oxon IT support enough. Actually, after using other IT services in Oxford, I am going to say this is the VERY BEST one I have come across. Five stars from me - ten if they were available.
