Great solicitor firm! I am a mortgage advisor and was introduced to Waqar Khan about 7 months ago. I have found Waqar and the support team (Alisha and Luke) very helpful and supportive.I have myself introduced many of my clients to ASL who require conveyancing for the properties they are buying, and thankfully the ASL team have provided them with a fantastic service. I, myself have given them four of my own personal cases, which they have completed with speed and accuracy. Do not believe any of the negative reviews, as I have pretty much daily contact with the team. I will be recommending all my future clients all to ASL.

Sanam from ASL solicitors has been a massive help for me and my 3 year old son for the past 18 months with my Child Custody Case, after contacting and trying to seek help from many solicitors, sanam was the only one to help and assist me as many solicitors said that it would be hard for a father to keep or have custody of their son. After many serious accusations from my ex wife, sanam was there to help me with my case, i can happily say that my son has been with me for the past 18 months and my ex-wifes lies and accusations were caught out. My house sale was dealt with by Zainab, who I cannot recommend highly enough!It was a bumpy ride with issues from the buyers side giving us curveballs. She also had to converse with not only the other parties solicitor but with shared ownership services too! Zainab was communicative, thorough, pesisiant with the other side when comms broke down, but most importantly, she was supportive when needed. If she had not of handled this, I am certain it would still be ongoing. Zainab, you are a credit to Affinity Seven Law, thank you for your patience and perseverance.

I was recommended this firm by the estate agents selling the property. I have never used them before and will NEVER use them again in future. Horrible, slow and very painful customer service. Totally disorganised team. I am a buy to let landlord and have dealt with few conveyancing solicitors in the past and another one since dealing with these guys. This firm's customer service and verrrrrrrrrrrrrry slow response to any of my questions made the whole process awful. Luke Hassett was not only incompetent but also very rude. He even made me take out building's cover before completion for an apartment I was buying. As you guys know it's not needed for completion or otherwise and is covered by the management company. He never replied to any of my emails for at least seven to ten days and when I asked once about the progress, he became very rude and unprofessional.Please DO NOT use these guys for anything.

Helpful, quick and efficient. Waqar was especially helpful during the whole process. Respond quickly to emails and phone calls as well as providing a highly professional service. Could not recommend enough!
