I have already reviewed this restaurant but happy to do it again. It was the best meal I have had in a long time. Hot and beautifully served with courteous staff who couldn't do enough. Don't want to say too much in case too many people come and I can't get a table!!

We recently held our wedding reception at The Vardar.Bonte , Loretta , Peter and the team were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble.The food was plentiful, hot and delicious. Thank you.

We were a group of six coming out for Sunday lunch. Service was abrupt but did thaw a little bit after a while. No drinks menus we have everything" and no proactive offering of drinks at all. The dining area felt like it belonged in an old people's home. The food itself was mostly good although the tempura prawns came out as three meagre prawns in filo pastry. It took about half an hour to get the bill and needed chasing up."

Went to a wedding reception here,wow wonderful food and so much of it,lovely garden,and function room, reasonable priced drinks. This restaurant has been here over 40 years still run by the same lovely people.Over the years this place has made many happy memories for me.

Had a lovely curry followed by sticky toffee pudding. The sponge was lovely and light, full of flavour.

What an amazing venue for a wedding do! The owner and the staff were so friendly and helpful, we had a wedding reception for 50 people. The buffet was perfect, the DJ was brilliant. The garden is wonderful too, but number one, the staff are all naturally good people and they really care. Thank you to The Vardar for the wonderful memories ❤

What a find !! Have walked by it many times. Family run, very busy, 2 events going on, but plenty of room in the garden. Fuller's beer and superb FRESH food. Very friendly. I will be back ! Thank you.

Wonderful, relaxed restaurant. The owners were friendly and made us and the children very welcome. The menu offers a good choice for all appetites. We had cajun chicken salad, steak & ale pie and the kids had chicken/fish fingers and chips. Food & staff were fantastic. The garden looks nice too. Will definitely be going back.

Lovely place away from the crowds and wonderful south facing garden and considerate service. Great portions and presentation.Safe for young children to enjoy and relax with enough shade on hot days.
