Not sure what product knowledge management they give there staff but just had to correct a staff member with orange hair in the Swansea store because I told him the exact coil I needed when he didn't know and then he got mad because I didn't buy the wrong coil he suggested me and because of that I'm banned. When you have to educate staff members and then they can you it's rediculous. It's fine I'll go elsewhere but there staff in Swansea know nothing

I have been going to this vape shop ever since it has opened, its the cheapest vape shop in Swansea with the biggest selection of eliquid I've seen in any vape shop, very big selection of the best vape pens, disposables, box mods, sub ohm tanks, rdas you name it they have them,very knowledgeable staff who are always happy to help, highly recommended.

Never had an issue the the blonde lady behind the counter however the young fella behind the counter has an awful attitude. I tell him what I’d like and he slammed them down and started huffing and muttering stuff under his breath. He also did the same to the person in front. I would avoid going there

I normally go here very regularly to get my vapes as they are very friendly and got a wide range of flavours.But the last 2/3 times I’ve gone there to buy a cherry vape and everytime once getting home and opening them they’ve either been completely died or after I take a drag it will flash. I went in today to buy a vape and again I’ve opened it and it has no flavour and tastes like it’s about to die, maybe it’s just this batch but it’s becoming a regular thing.
