I recently purchased an ix1 from Emma Duthie at Jardine BMW Milton Keynes.We booked in for a test drive. We then advised that we’d already ordered a car via a leasing broker, which was a little disingenuous of us!From then, Emma went into full in amazing salesperson mode! She actually said, ‘I’m not letting you leave here without ordering the car via me’. Bold statement we thought…She beat the quote we were given and also included the tinted windows and full maintenance package.She even arranged for the mini side of the dealership to purchase my mini.The whole process was simple and straightforward with loads of communication throughout.I can’t recommend Emma highly enough, she was fantastic.

Took my car into Jardine BMW Milton Keynes for a service today. I couldn't believe how easy it was to book the car in and Natasha was fantastic. Also a big shout out to Jim who was really helpful in showing me where to go and then bringing me a Coffee while I had the car checked in.

My husband and I came in hear car shopping and the reception was very warm and welcoming. All staffs were very friendly and we did not have to wait very long to be attended to. We met with George! He is a fantastic individual and right from the very first conversation and following up with us through the process of acquiring our car, George delivered amazing customer service! He paid attention to little details and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction! I could not ask for a better service from the BMW team here!

Bought a 5-Series last month assisted by Simon Cornwell in used car sales.. Really nice experience from start to finish, never felt rushed or pressured.Test drive was great. Simon spent lots of time spent explaining the functions and setting up the app when I picked up the car.

Fantastic service when I took my X5 for service and MOT. Roger Hughes took very good care of me and my car. He went out of the way to check for replacement wheels due to corrosion in the center. Excellent dealership and superb customer care. Would definitely recommend.
