Splendid Hand Car Wash & Valet

Paintwork damaged today the 23rd of July 2020 the manager herself was the one who blasted the car so hard with the jet wash it opened the cover to the fuel cap. As you can see in the photos there was water inside.I was sitting in the driver seat and saw her close the fuel cover door. So I know that she is the one that took the paint off my car.I went back and she refused to give me the bosses name, she was rude, noxious and I asked her for insurance details which I think maybe they don’t have insuranceThey have even left bird droppings on the car.❌❌please avoid this car wash ❌❌

These guys are charging every car of standard size as a large car which is a rip off. The pricing sign says Cars £10 4x4s 7 seaters Large Cars £13 - but they charged £13 for all the cars I saw washed and all were standard sized 5 seat cars. They don’t care about customer satisfaction they just said to me don’t come back then.

this car wash are very good , just need to understand about the price everething is going app is normal to take more money for the different cars bat the job are also very good ! it is like this no like that place no coming evryeone choose wich car wash like it !!

Had my car washed here as my regular car wash was closed and managed to catch this car wash just before closing and they cleans the car okay, not great but okay, maybe they were rushing because it was home time which is fair enough but when i drove home i noticed that my bottle of aftershave which cost me £55 and a set of leather gloves which cost me £45 4 years ago that i kept in my car had been taken. Disgusting way to treat customers. I hadnt returned since and know if i did they are only going to deny it as they were all shifty characters.

Been going year's here, over 9 and my car a Kia venga has always been classed as normal size, so don't pay extra for the large, 4x4 price.Yet went in the other day instead of £8 they charged me at the end £10, so somehow my car has grown.I paid but l will never go back its a scam

My mum has been using this car wash for years but they decided to charge her £13 which is the price for a large car. She has a Ford Puma! The same price as a Transit! Absolutely rip off. Disgraceful behaviour esp for an elderly customer.

This is a good car wash company and I have used it on and off for a few years. They have put up their prices recently, but also notice that they are not as good as they use to be, but they might be a bit out of practice due to Covid closure. I will still use these on a on off basis and use if I'm passing and need my car cleaned, but I wouldn't go out of my way for them.

Just been back for my second vist, had the car washed. It's a brilliant job for the cash paid (£10 I added a tip), can't believe how hard the team work and it's like a well oiled machine - they open all the doors, rub down all the sills, clean up the wheels, clean up all the windows, shammy it all off, for the cash it's not worth getting the bucket and pressure out at home. I shan't go anywhere else to get my car sorted in the future. Can't recommend it highly enough.

AVOID! Incredibly rude and aggressive, they caught and pulled of a bit of my car as they were cleaning, I watched them do it. The guys cleaning tried to flatten it back down with no success. Because of it, my car door wouldn’t close. The manager came over and I asked him if he had some glue to stick it down he became angry and aggressive shouted at me that it was my fault and it had always been broken. I explained to him what had happened and he dismissed me completely, telling me I was wrong and that it was always broken and that I wasn’t listening to him. He did this all with a lit cigarette in his hand and got ash in my just cleaned car. please avoid! I explained that I have always been able to close my car door, in that I drove in with it closed. But he informed me this was my fault and shouted in my face. Thankfully didn’t pay. But took me a lot of time to get my door closed just so I could drive away. Disgusting.

Got rid of all the pet hairs and a horrible spill on the back seat. Good job for the price and would definitely use again.
