The self defence class is amazing on many levels; very good workout, very useful skills to defend myself and it also releases so much stress/frustration. Highly recommend for both physical and mental health!

Patrice is a fantastic teacher who explains clearly, put you through your paces and gets your heart pumping to simulate the adrenaline of being attacked (so it’s also a great workout on a saturday morning) and encourages us all through our ‘I’ll never get this’ moments. I’ve been to classes with 2 people, I’ve been to classes with 20. Both were managed really well. Rick is great at explaining and going through the routines with you and is the positive energy (and big smile) behind the operation. Never thought I’d look forward to getting up for a 9am class!

I really like this class and find it interesting, plus learning with my 8 year old daughter is fun and I love that it teaches her how to defend herself.
