Absolutely brilliant. Had my iphone repaired over the weekend, they even loaned me a phone to use whilst they repaired mine. Very friendly and helpful. Hope I don't need to use them again but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate.

Absolutely shocking! Avoid at all costs. Sent my iPhone in for repair. The only thing wrong with it was the screen being damaged. When I got the phone back the volume button wasn’t working. Neither was the charging port! They claimed it wasn’t working when I dropped it off! But It certainly was. They have refused to fix the issues they have caused and I’m now going to have to take it somewhere else. They also told me it was a genuine apple screen they were putting onto my device. Every now and then I get a warning pop up saying that the phone screen is not genuine apple. Please avoid this place. It’s worth paying that little bit more to get it done properly.

My phone needed a new charging port so I brought it here.. it came back with a wealth of other issues it never had before, takes about 8hours to fully charge, battery drains really quick, my apps weren't loading up properly and I can't make or receive texts or calls for some reason now. Had something else really dodgy happen too which I won't mention here but what I will say is AVOID..

I payed for new battery and they kept my phone two days, after that they give me phone with same battery. Stay away from those fraudsters

Keep getting calls on my wife's mobile phone. Why we don't know as we have never heard of your shop or been to burnely. It took a little bit of Google to work out your landline number. We rang to ask you to stop calling but the line is dead. This seems to be a scam in a back room of the shop maybe.

Avoid like the plague. Paid full price for genuine part a new battery, when collected, phone had exactly same charge as when I left it with them, I questioned them and reassured me it had been changed, but within a week was getting the battery performance notification don't think they even changed it as the performance was exactly the same.

They did a good job replacing my screen however it did cost £90 so its a bit expensive. Also it was very fast and they were done in under 30 minutes.
