Thanks to Thompsons Solicitors my case has been won and I would like to say a big thank you to Caragh for dealing with my case.I could not have been happier with how they have kept me up to date with all the process throughout.

Following on from my wife's medical negligence, we went to Thompon's for what aid they could give us and we have not looked back since. As a compny, they made sur ethat we were kept up to date every step of the way and even with the closing down of the country through Covid, they still managed to provide us with an excellent service and an excellent outcome. The whole case from start to finish took over 3 years but at no point during this, did we ever feel left alone. Thomsons as a whole were welcoming, helpful, loyal and did not let us down in any way or form. From start to finish the whole ase was dealt with thoroughly, with great sympathy and resolve and we cannot thank them enough for what they have done for us.The whole team were constantly great with us and in particular, Rob was just fantastic and most of all, were nice people.The outcome helps, but I would be writing this review anyway as even if there was no succcessful resolution, Thomsons solicitors as a whole were still fantastic.Thank you

My case was dealt with by Caragh Hogan . I found her work for my case to be through, professional, honest and candid . She guided me through every step and explained the process in a way a lay person like myself could understand. Caragh was always available when she said she would be and reassured me throughout but in a truthful way . I would definitely recommend Caragh and am very grateful for what she did for me during a difficult time .

I have nothing but praise for Robert Jones who dealt with a medical negligence claim for my late father. He was so approachable and kept me informed throughout the process, with compassion. He even acknowledged the anniversary of my dad's death and held off contacting me until a week later. I cannot thank Lisa Osborne in Cardiff enough for working so hard to get a settlement for me. It was a good 5 years of hard work but we got there in the end and it has changed my life! Although I will have issues with my health for the rest of my life, the financial compensation has gone a long way to make my life a bit easier. Can't praise the staff enough. Ms Hogan was fantastic, I couldn't have got through the the last three years and the legal process without her support and understanding. She was there for me not just with information, but as a sounding board and encouraged me to vent my frustrations and feelings without judgement. I felt like a person, not a number. That I mattered. My case was handled professionally and with care. Everything was explained to me in terms that I could understand, I was never made to feel like a nuisance, in fact the opposite, I often felt like I was Ms Hogan's only client.
