Great storage unit, very nice staff, clean

I would highly recommend this storage facility. Really helpful staff - incredibly friendly and really reasonable rates compared to others locally.

Really good business, we had one of the smaller containers for about 6 weeks while waited for our house sale to complete. The 4 weeks is mandatory but then its on a week by week basis and as long as u give 7 days notice. We rented one of their locks as well for a £50 deposit no problems getting any of the deposits back very helpful place. They let us look at all the spaces available when we turned up on a Sunday morning so we could decide for ourselves. If we need temp storage again would deffo use.

Excellent storage facility, safe, secure and dry. I used it for 2 years and nothing was damaged. The Staff were always helpful and friendly and they were quick to return deposit and refund. Only thing stopping 5 stars is that it's only open until 1pm on Sat & Sun.Hand trucks and trollies are also available for customer use. Highly recommend.

Absolutley wonderful service! The ladies who work here are so kind it actually felt like visiting friends whenever I popped in to my unit! Will actually miss them both as they always asked how I was and how the house hunting was going! They always smiled and nothing was too much trouble!!!After 6 months of my belongings in storage I finally moved into my house and when I left the deposit was sorted there and then which returned to my bank after about 2 days, but with my hectic move etc I forgot to cancel the standing order, I noticed the day it went out my account and rang them straight away, they had seen my error and arranged the refund there and then no problem, the money was back in my account next day!Great service and HIGHLY recommended,Thanks again ladies, hope to bump into you one day!
