18 year old daughter had her hair cut here last week. Booked in for a senior stylist. Paid £40 for hair cut by Emma. Long layered hair. Asked for shoulder length (on shoulders) with layers. The result was appalling. I have had to trim off all the uneven sections and lengths that are significantly longer than others. Some lengths left were over 2 inches longer. She has been given a blunt cut with no layers. The partial thinning out massacred her hair, leaving random strands on the right side only. When tied back in a pony tail, the hair is a solid brush block with tatty lengths. Photos show hair following wash and in pony tail. This is our second experience with this hair salon, our elder daughter had an equally terrible experience which, unfortunately, we thought was a one-off. I would not recommend this salon...if this is the result from a senior stylist, I dread to think of the result produced by a junior stylist!

It was not a good experience for my granddaughter she does not like a lot of noise he didn't say he was putting the hairdryer on she didn't cry but she got a fright and jumped he didn't take of as much as we wanted my other little granddaughter got her certificate but he got someone to do it for him it was spelling of her name was wrong and was cut while I was standing holding her it was supposed to be a girl that was doing it nothing against men ive had men cut my own hair so was a bit disappointed but it is a beautiful salon plenty room

My favourite local hair and beauty salon. They work wonders on me. Such a friendly team and they do all sorts: hair, nails, waxing, etc. Always feel so proud when i come out!
