I recently needed a structural survey for a remortgage, and having spoken to several companies, Rhodes & Partners provided a very competitive quote, were extremely helpful and thorough with all my questions, and ultimately provided a fast, professional service. Can’t thank him enough and highly recommend their services to anyone.

Avoid.I would stay away from this firm. I used them for a structural appraisal for peace of mind and their professional insight into a localized uneven flooring level on an old weavers cottage.They let me down by not spotting a failing lintel on both external and internal walls directly below the area with the flooring issue. They could have offered to use the indemnity insurance policy to set things right but didn't and even refused to refund the cost of their services which was not worth the paper it was written on.You appoint professionals to look out for your interests. When they get it wrong, you expect them to act professionally, hold their hands up and do right by you. Rhodes & Partners failed on both.

Excellent level of professionalism and prompt service from Peter who explained everything so clearly and was very thorough in his assessment. I highly recommend this company for structural engineering services and I would use their services again.

I contacted Rhodes & Partners on the recommendation of another structural engineer. At first I was a little apprehensive because the most recent review was dated 2 years ago but I would definitely recommend Andy based on the Structural Engineer survey and report I received.Prior to the survey, Andy kept in contact and responded promptly to all my emails. Then after sending through the report, Andy answered a few follow-up questions I had which I appreciated very much.Overall the communication was friendly and professional which set me at ease throughout the process as I had no prior experience or knowledge of structural surveys.

I have found Rhodes and Partners very easy to deal with and I am grateful to them for their support in helping me to manage a relatively complicated problem. The engineer had really useful experinece and was willing to flex his approach and find new ways of working when circumstanes changed.
