Was concerned about my Alpina Watch’s second dial stuttering. Saw the great reviews and took it down to have it serviced. The issue was quickly resolved (battery) and I was really impressed with how knowledgeable he was. Nothing but praise from me.

Great business, thoroughly decent man. I've been getting my watches and clocks looked after by the Watchman since he took over from the previous (equally excellent) encumbant many years ago Quality and service are of the highest and I've never once been let down or overcharged. If it's fixable, he'll fix it. If not, he will tell me so without charging and explain possible solutions. Repairs and battery replacements are always impeccable, with quality parts.
