Daniel is a very good employee （Bletchley）. He showed his professional knowledge and skilled skills. The process of changing tyres was completed in less than 30 minutes. I will come again next time.

Absolutely atrocious place. Girlfriend had her wheel hub trashed by these muppets with impact guns. Had to spend more than the tyres purchased to fix their breakages.

I have had a pretty torrid time with Black Circles. I used them to replace two front tyres on my Clio which is a high spec version that needed low profile tyres. I ordered original fitment Dunlops and all was fine until I noticed that the nearside tyre was developing a split in the sidewall. I took the car to a specialist who said it looked faulty and not road damage. After getting a second opinion I contacted Black Circles who I could tell were not convinced but they said that I would have to have the tyre removed by either someone else or them (they would do it FOC) and they would send it to Dunlop for a report which could take TEN WEEKS. And I would have to pay for the new tyre in the meantime. So I do pay for a new tyre, but the Dunlop is no longer available so I now have an odd and more expensive tyre on my car. And 8 weeks later Dunlop agreed that the tyre was faulty after all and have agreed to a partial refund – only partial to allow for the wear on the tyre. The only industry in the world where you only get a partial refund for a faulty product? Which to me seems all pretty poor service. I have incurred additional cost, reduced cashflow, a lot of inconvenience, an incorrect tyre and a partial refund for a faulty product. Not impressed.

WORST SERVICE EVERWORST SERVICE EVERI would if allowed to give -5 stars as the service was absolutely shocking. I booked to have 4 tyres changed paid over £550 and was told earliest date was Wednesday 12th, i booked Friday 14th, with less than 2 hours to go to appointment its cancelled, and new appointment booked for next Thursday at 1700, without even asking if convenient. Thanks nearly two weeks to get tyres when i ring customer service to complain, i end up getting shouted at by the customer service advisor and told someone from blackcircles will ring back in 48 hrs but they don't work Sunday. Do they not think the whole reason I'm changing tyres is because i need to its not for the fun to change my tyres coz i feel like it and delaying causes a massive issue.I rang another tyre company local getting the fitted tomorrow and £100 cheaperNEVER USE THESE PEOPLE THEIR SERVICE IS THE WORST EVER & APPALLING

Decent prices, friendly staff, they swapped my tyre and I was on my way within 30 minutes.

Another year another set of tyres ! Best price I could find was blackcircles so three years running they have been cheaper than anyone else for avons . Friendly staff and pretty quick aswell .

X4 Michelin pilot sport fitted here in August, costing over £520.During fitment told lifetime guarantee on tyres and any problems please just drop in and we will look at them for you.So after a week noticed front drivers tyre would lose significant air 10 to 15 psi in a few days and therefore drove 27 miles to same centre to get it looked at and on arriving and asking was told sorry can't help you, guy who told you that works for himself and is not part of us, and basically fobbed off, will therefore never use this company again. Tyre fitters had little on also and just could not be bothered to help. Not what I call customer service. Blackcircles should be more careful whom they have representing their name, their word and guarantee is worthless so avoid at all costs as any issues and they are not interested.Lost a customer for life here.Attitude was you spent the money with blackcircles not us.. We just tyre fitters... Literally just don't get they represent the umbrella they are working under..Why is it always in life everything is a mission to sort out.. Scam and gimmicks, bring back proper customer service and people whom care about what they represent.

Absolutely brilliant.I had to have a specific tyre fitted to my vehicle (Thank You Oxfordshire County Council for maintaining your roads to the standard of a NATO Bombing Range...) and after booking in some various other places only to be let down on them actually supplying and fitting the correct tyre I went back to Black Circles in Bletchley....No issues, histrionics or other shenanigans with my order.I arrived for my booking just as they were opening one Saturday morning and was met with a very friendly and professional Chap who apologised that they couldn't start the replacement immediately as he was waiting for the Crew to arrive...Let me reiterate...I was EARLY!!!Anyway, I had to go and battle my way 'round Tesco and literally 20mins or so later, I get a call...All done

Ordered tyres on 21/06 with fitting booked on 23/06. Garage called to say they don't have the tyres, Black Circles says the garage can't take the booking as they're busy. AVOID THESE TIMEWASTERS.
