The inspector was very informative when giving feedback about the fire safety hazards; He took the time to explain everything in detail which was very helpful. We received our report very quickly following the inspection which we were very pleased about. The inspector also reassured us that we could contact him if we needed any clarifications. Back in late 2021 we needed a fire survey done urgently, and I can only say that the company hit every mark from quickly arranging an appointment, getting the survey done, and then releasing the report. We can't complain!
