I could not recommend DF Liverpool enough! Special mention to Thomas and Rachael who helped me pick out the most perfect ring for my now fiancée Anna. The ring is absolutely perfect and we could not be happier with the outcome. The entire process from start to finish was superb, I didn't know anything about diamonds when I started this journey and found it quite overwhelming, but Thomas guided me through from start to finish!Thanks so much guys!

I highly recommend this company and the staff in the Liverpool store are fantastic. I got my partner an engagement ring and didn't have a clue where to start. They guided me through every step and nothing was to much. The ring is beautiful. Thank you very much. :)

Absolutely made up with the engagement ring, the service was excellent from start to finish from the liverpool shop/office ..... she said yes which put the icing on the cake, but a genuinely easy pleasant experience buying from diamonds factory ..... wouldn't hesitate to return
