Logic Construction

We had approached Simon for previous projects but had not factored how booked in advance he was. However, for this work we planned ahead and engaged him at an early stage as we knew he was accustomed to successfully completing large structural works. We could not have been more pleased with our choice of contractor. Simon kept us informed throughout the process and was super helpful in answering all our questions and inputting ideas of his own. The team were always on time, polite and hard working. We are absolutely thrilled with the extra space – it has changed how we use the ground floor and interact as a family. We were about 2 years into planning renovation and getting nowhere, but as soon as Simon was recommended to us, everything became so much easier. Simon is extremely knowledgeable, has lots of experience and takes care of everything. The whole process was surprisingly easy with the Logic team on board. They were considerate and respectful of our living space leaving everything tidy (we lived in the house with 2 children during the renovation). Simon was always available for anything, from planning the layout of our bathroom and kitchen to the smallest (and probably most annoying) of my questions.The quality of work is incredible. I genuinely have never seen such great building work, from the structural right through to the finish. One weekend we had three separate traders (independent of Logic Construction) who were all blown away with the quality of work, which is probably a bigger compliment and testament to the quality than me. I would unreservedly recommend Simon and the Logic Construction team for a smooth and stress-free renovation.
