Liam Collins Photography

I booked Liam for his “Mother & Daughter” package and also his “Boudoir” package. I was very nervous leading up to the shoot especially the boudoir but, he kept me updated every step of the way leading up to the shoot. He set up his studio for the first shoot and he was so professional and made me and my daughter feel at ease straight away. For the boudoir it was much more relaxed and more natural but the final images were amazing. It’s given me the confidence I needed and I can’t wait to book him again. I would 100% recommend him to anyone, really professional, fantastic images and a really great price for the final result.

Did a fantastic job at our care home summer fayre, the special effects were great. Captured the young & elderly with perfection, put everyone at ease. Would highly recommend him for any occasion.

Liam is a nice person. However our wedding photos were a HUGE disappointment. We didn't get any of the pictures we had requested, or even the standard wedding photos you expect. We do not have even one nice photo of us that we could put in a frame. Of the photos we did get, there were a lot of dark pictures that we can't actually lighten up on the laptop (not that we should have to edit the photos). The photos are unusable. Out of 550 photos we only have 2 decent shots and neither of those are of bride and groom. I even sent Liam copies of the shots we wanted to replicate and these were all ignored.We got married in a lovely castle - Markenfield Hall - so the backdrop was perfect. This is like Gordon Ramsay giving you the recipe and ingredients for a lovely meal but instead you chuck it all in the bin, decide to make beans on toast but burn the toast!I think wedding photography is a certain skillset. I'm sure Liam's other shoots are really good but I can't mislead anyone about our wedding photos. Sorry Liam. Yes we did ask for some reportage photos ... but not the backs of heads.EDIT: replying to Liam's comments here (although he has since deleted his comments and changed his business name). We supplied a list of 30 photos we would like taking and did not get any from that list. There are loads of pictures of the backs of heads including one memorable one of the back of our friend Steve's head which has bride and groom blurred out. We do have a lot of pictures of the backs of heads and I have the photos on the USB stick which I can supply to Liam if he wishes to validate this. So for Liam to say he knows for a fact" that he didn't give us pictures of the backs of peoples heads is actually untrue. Because he did. And these photos are unusable. It is not quantity that counts
