Friendly staff, lovely and clean. The price of food was staggering considering it's effectively a snack. 2 coffees and 2 melts were £19. Perhaps okay if you're working away and shopping on expenses but not for day to day. I'd rather have a nice farmshop breakfast for that much money.

I have to say Lewis is one of the most outgoing baristas Starbucks have ! The whole team does a great job and many strive to please but I have to mention the fact that Lewis always tries to go above and beyond!

Sneaky little stop off at Starbucks exeter. Great friendly service as always. We grabbed some hot chocolate one with peppermint in which was delicious! Also picked up a new Starbucks theme mug as on special offer at the moment (30% off)! My son grabbed the navy bling one which was quickly used for a deluxe hot chocolate and marshmallows (staff even washed it for him before filling)

Jack was awesome and called out my drinks in the best way every, he was helpful very polite and store was clean and well lit cakes and sandwiches look nice toilets were clean and smelt fine display it's nicely presented drinks were as good as always and we didn't have to wait long for them even though Sam was apparently on his own in the store great new store

The staff here are absolutely lovely and I recommend this Starbucks above any other one I’ve visited in Exeter. They are so welcoming, polite and nothing is too much trouble.

Visited whilst travelling home from a holiday in Cornwall. Just needed a break and coffee. Unfortunately the online app was not working and my son was forced to pay by bank card and he was not happy. The young man who served us was very helpful and polite in the way that he dealt with the matter. I understand he is a trainee supervisor and he should be commended for his ability to handle this.

Nice Starbucks, friendly staff and coffee and cakes are very good . Plenty of free parking including around the back in the green spaces , Seating areas are nice and everything was very clean. Overall great. Just what you need for a quick coffee pitstop. If its the right time of year they do the diffinative pumpkin spice coffee, it's magical!

Me and my friends drinks were lovely however the place had such an odd smell! The floor was also really unclean.
