Y Den - Indoor Soft Play Area

Came to the den today Sunday 5th march it's freezing in here we got here at 1pm and they was closing at 2pm and charge the full price they truned alll the coffee and tea machine off so there was no hot drinks or anything for the kids to have and a family came in at 1.30pm to be told they was closing at 2pm and they came in for free we try and sopport the town at times like this but think the den should make an effort aswell also if someone answered the message on the Facebook page this morning poeple would know it was closing early and we could off come into the den earlier

There were no balls in the ball pit nor was there a section for under three's. There was a small area with some toys for little babies. Nothing suitable for my two and a half year old. Upstairs seating area closed off. I went upstairs through the climbing area with the intention to come down the stairs but had no way down other than down where I came from. Don't know why all this isn't mentioned on the website. My 4 year old had a good time.

One of the best play centres I've been to in terms of cleanliness and quality / condition of the equipment. It's fairly small but I think they limit access if it's full. Little cafe at the back. Can't comment more on that more than we had a nice cup of tea. Pleasant staff. Reasonably priced. Nice toddler space, though not much in the way of climbing.

Lovely place for young kids and their grown ups. It is spotlessly clean and run by a lovely woman and her daughter who were really helpful. The sandwiches are freshly made and it was a very pleasant way to let the kids really run off a bit of energy whilst I had a cuppa. The door is kept open and everywhere is clean so I had no covid worries!

Closed with no notice 11th August 2022.Should say on the website if they don't open in hot weather, disappointing for the kids and a bit ridiculous as plenty of people are looking for ways to keep out of the sun.

Toke my 18month old daughter today, £5 entry for only a small ball pit area and an areas with 6 soft toys for the 1-3 years old. £5 is ridiculous to charge for that. Would've been better to stay at home. Was ready to leave after 20 minutes. Would not recommend unless your child is above 3 years old, it's not suitable for under 3 years especially for £5! Place was empty today, went to the womens toilet and the bins didn't have lids on and could see dirty sanitary products. Later before leaving i went yo change my daughter and the smell in the changing toilet was unbearable as they just had normal cheap bins for dirty nappies that didn't close. Will not be coming back. Such a shame especially for locals as theres hardly any soft play areas to go. Also cash only.

It’s ok for a couple of hours on a rainy day for something the kids to do. Rather overpriced for what it is. The kids meals are a fiver each and you don’t get a lot for your money. Glad I don’t have to come on a regular basis.

Really good little play centre and cafe. Staff were friendly. It was nice to see business doing well, but the cafe area felt cramped when busy.

This place saved our bacon on a very wet day whilst holidaying at Haven. Staff were friendly and they were on top of keeping the interior sanitised and people apart. The door was open the whole time (Covid related I assume) so it was cold and the small cafe area could have served more. However, if you need to keep your kids busy then it's perfectly good.
