Very happy with the new roof reading home improvements did for us last year I was going to leave a review back then but it completely slipped my mind & i was reminded I should have left my review sorry for delay guys, just had the boys back to repair some cracked tiles after the solar company had left us with & I must say I was originally very impressed with the new roof I. Really blown away with the after care with these boys provided I called them after having new solar panels fitted with a few cracked tiles done by solar people & they came back the following day & replaced them at no cost as they were close by I wasn't expecting a free repair but was really thankful & wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone first class service 5 stars from me

I got Paul's details through a flyer I got in my house. Paul is a well known criminal who operates in different aliases. He came to do some roof repair work and quoted £4500. The job was taking forever and little did I know they were stealing from us. Firstly, his workers ruined 12 of our Victorian ridge roof tiles. When we asked him to replace them, he became, very violent, abusive, threatening and asked his workers to ruin the shoddy job they had done unless we paid him. My husband paid him £2400 and they promised to complete the job but never did. We have since got professional roofers in to complete the job and they confirmed that he massively overpriced the work and what they had done was of very poor quality. This was supposed to be a 2 day job which they were stretching to a week! Little did we know that they were also stealing items from our property, my husband and son's new expensive bikes, shoes and some personal items and we still don't know what else they stole. We reported them to the police (INC-20211005-1140) who identified the three of them who were doing the job for us as well known criminals who have had several convictions and all were using fake names. This left me cold, shocked and still distraught. We have reported him to trading standards and he currently has seven cases against him. Please do not use this man as he was hounding me to leave him good feedback even before he started the job and I refused. He's a rogue trader and a criminal. We have just had alarm system fitted in our property because of what they have done. Please avoid him at all cost and pass this feedback round. Since they came to my street, there has been a sudden increase in thefts and we believe it's him and his men. Please do not let them enter your property as Paul Morris (not his real name either) is a rogue trader as well as operate a criminal gang.

So we have a new roof. It looks beautiful and will last us a lifetime. Paul's crew have done a magnificent job. Right from the start I felt that our cooperation would yield a nice result. Everything seemed right: the estimate, the communication and then the work itself. It wasn’t just about putting the tiles on top of our house. Paul's crew were thorough, punctual and tidy. They were as polite as they were funny. I know it is not a part of a deal, but we've had plenty of nice conversations and shared many a cup of tea. I appreciate when the job at hand is something more than just work done and money paid. Nothing was too difficult for them. They were patient and followed on with suggestions and little requests. Lastly, I would like mention Paul himself for his professionalism and advice. We have a nice new roof, but dealing with him was equally nice and has left a lasting impression.
