I had a wet cut with Jai and he was so kind. Just finished a night shift and he knew I needed a quiet appointment! I have naturally wavy hair and have struggled to find a hairdresser who understands how to reach their full potential. Jai knew exactly what he was doing and my curls have never been so bouncy! Thank you!

I absolutely loved the customer service Chantal provided when I visited the salon. After 2 years growing my hair out due to covid, I needed a style. She was present, kind and took great care of me, coming up with a look which suited me best. I was so nervous at first but she put me at ease. After the whole process, my hair was happy, bouncy and beautiful. I teared a little as to the style she gave me because I loved it ! The £25 student discount for cut, wash and blow dry is GREAT and I will be returning customer every so often when my hair needs the magic of Chantal. Many thanks <3

Before the appointment I got a call saying my appointment needs to be rescheduled for 30 minutes later, which was all the information given, leading me to believe everything was still the same other than the time of the appointment. However, this was not the case. When I get to the salon, I am informed my stylist Kaycee (which I had done prior research on) was no longer going to be taking the appointment due to being unwell, which isn’t an issue, but this should have been disclosed to me when my appointment was re-arranged so I could make the decision whether to go ahead with the appointment on that day. Which from having prior salon experience is unprofessional and quite unbelievable.The salon energy was depressing, no proper greeting, at the reception or with the stylist (I had to ask the name of my stylist as her current name was me") No offer of a drink which is a standard in this industry.Worst hair wash I have ever had

Came in at 3. Got appointment for 4. Absolutely beautiful place. All chatty. Unfortunately I cannot remember the young lady's name who did my hair. But well done to her and absolutely lovely person. Price was great and so affordable also

Paige has been very honest and friendly. She talks through what she thinks would suit me. Relaxed atmosphere. Will keep going back!

I was feeling really anxious about getting a new haircut (especially as I was the last one that cut it) but Chantelle was incredibly friendly and made me feel really comfortable. Looking forward to coming back, so happy with my hair :)

Really beautiful haircut and little tips that I can take home -Jai took his time to make sure everything was well done, did not feel rushed but rather beautifully pampered.

Visited this salon for the first time a few months back as a birthday treat to myself, was very happy with my haircut and super impressed with Jai. He created such a relaxed and friendly environment and gave me some great advice on how to look after and embrace my curls! Couldn't have been happier, will definitely be back again soon.
