Nick performed a Home Buyers Survey for us in May 2020. We ran the report by a family member who is ex. housing construction industry and he was very impressed, particularly in terms of the detail that Nick provided.We also had a follow-up question about our basement complying with building regulations which we popped over to Nick about a month after the report, with Nick providing an answer the same day. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I chose to go with Nick as his prices were very competitive. I am pleased to say that the experience was fantastic from start to finish. He carried out the survey within days of instruction and produced a very detailed report the very next day which included information about the key points we asked him to bear in mind prior to visiting the property. When we went back with a couple of further queries after reading the report, Nick answered them very quickly within the same day. Nick's services have been excellent, the survey was carried out quickly without any hassle and there were no long forms be completed like some other companies i contacted. His report was issued within 48hrs, it was very detailed, thorough and clearly shows his vast experience and knowledge. We had a few follow up questions which Nick answered very well.
