Just want to say that I was very impressed both with the service of the staff and with the quality of my drink ( toffee iced latte- it was decaf too which is so hard to get!) and with my apple and caramel fritter donut ( it was super yummy!!). The staff are warm, friendly and helpful and the restaurant itself was very clean and welcoming! I will definitely be back :)

As far as coffee goes, would be the last place I’d go. Kids love the Timbits and other sweet items. Breakfast are decent also. Weirdly I used to love the bean to cup machines before Barista Bar invaded every garage on the island!

Food had an off taste and soggy. Time bits were stale and only had 2 flavours in a pack of 50. Service was shocking to say the least. Everyone I spoke to had an attitude issue. I know it’s hard to work in hospitality during late hours but you get paid to do a job. Won’t be back

Staff couldn't be more helpful. Coffee order correct and option of take away cup or crockery cup. Big bonus as I hate paper cups! Place was empty but was 8pm.on.a.very wet Sunday night. Not usually in this branch but will definitely be back as staff super friendly not sulky when we're the only customers in. Husband ordered food and really enjoyed the burger and lattice fries. Donut and timbit selection good for time of night and they taste great as always.

Went tonight for a s'more x2 and was told that they weren't doing them tonight as a new promotion was starting next week.{Friday night and still showing on board of drive thru} I made a joke to the wee girl and nothing silence. Attitude of girl was door and rude. Decided to go next door to Starbucks of which wee girl was so enthusiastic and pleasant. Such a difference.

My mum ordered 2 light ice caps and was told to wait in the car park.. she was brought these. Not an ice cap, and there's not even syrup to make this iced latte bearable. I understand mistakes when the place is busy but on a quiet Monday night? Having just recently got back from Canada, it's a disappointment to say the least.

Bought a caramel latte for my wife and the milk was funky/burnt. She could only manage two sips and chucked it. Bit of a theme, usually avoid but was in a rush and there was no queue.
