I called them and they worked me in very quickly the same day that I called. Their interaction with me was very professional and cordial. Two technicians arrived at our residence and diagnosed the issue and provided the solution. They were also very professional and cordial.

From the initial phone call to completion of our boiler replacement Mike has been a true professional, explaining everything what he was going to do along the way.Taking into consideration its a busy time of year for Mike and his team they altered there work schedule to fit us in which was much appreciated.Mike's work is of a high standard and his price was very competitive combined with his cheery outlook on life i would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again for any plumbing and heating issues.Cheers Dave .

Had faults on my boiler, engineer assessed it and gave potential causes and solutions. Booked in to come back for repair and was fixed in no time. Engineers were very professional and happy to talk through the problem and the fix. Office was also very good in arranging the appointments, making sure to check with the engineer to get the right length of time slot, etc. and very clear and friendly. Was a straightforward issue but would definitely use them again.

Michael and his team were brilliant, they fitted a whole new heating system for my parents (previously no central heating) in three days. Always on time and worked hard to get the job finished as fast as possible with minimum disruption as requested. Very knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my many questions! Quote was very competitive, would highly recommend :-)

I am East London way and struggled to find a boiler engineer who I could trust. Ended up with Mike coming from Birmingham, to me... What can I say? I am not an easy customer but Mike was brilliant. I was absolutely right to trust him (my instinct) and he returned that trust too. Winter is here and the hot water and heating are working like a dream. Mike recommended a boiler, priced it and then... arrived as agreed, fitted the boiler and organised the warranty. Does what he says and gets the job done. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone down here in the South to wait until Mike can be available and come down to do the job. Fantastic product, fantastic service. Many thanks to you.
