Eleanor Nursing & Social Care - Dorchester

I have worked here for coming up 4 years now, and I wouldn't change a thing. The management is so supportive, and the people you meet, and end up working with have a lifetime of experience and stories to tell. It really is a great place to work

I worked for Eleanor care Dorchester for 2 weeks.I was put under pressure as I had my own car. I worked 65 hours in 1 week and in one day of that I did 14 hrs with no break. I nearly reversed into a lamp post because I was that tired. I was promised bonus' s" and a full tank of petrol.. All broken promises.My daughter came in to help as they were short staffed she was promised a shopping voucher.. She never recieved anything..I would seriously recommend if you care about your own well being that the Dorchester branch should be avoided whether to work or to be a client."

I started working for Eleanor care two months ago I can honestly say it has to be one of the best company’s I have ever worked for. Never felt so supported and appreciated by everyone in the company. But want to say a massive Thankyou to Kelly and Megan for been so supportive and making me feel so appreciated for all the work everyone does xx

I have worked for Eleanor care now for on and off 3 years. I have recently been promoted to Welfare Care Lead and I absolutely love my new job. I have received amazing support from new management and wouldn’t change a thing.

From my experience, all the carers are lovely! They really do take care of their clients, they always put the clients needs first. The office ladies are absolutely amazing, they make me feel so supported and I always feel welcome to talk about any issues. They really do think about others.
