Great service again, fixed my car after a few days. They have never brushed me off, told me to go elsewhere or been rude. I have been using this garage for 10 years without any issues.

Gave him my car for MOT on Thursday. He switched the keys over and tampered with the immobiliser and now having problems unlocking the car.Dishonest and poor customer service not to mention rude.If you give him your car be prepared for several phone calls bugging you to take your car!!

Beware...Stay away...Rip off...In March this year, I had them change the alternator in my car. They changed it. They told me that it comes with 1 year warranty on it as well (with caveats that they didn't tell me about then and read between the lines here) I wish I had read these reviews before I went to them. After the alternator was changed (£359), my car started having multiple problems and particularly one related to safety where the VSC safety indicator started showing up on my dashboard along side the engine light. It happened quite sporadically and there was no pattern to it. Foolishly, I took the car again to them and one of their mechanics told me that they will look at it. They did and told me that there was no fault with the car or with the VSC. They told me to bring the car to them when the lights would appear. Now the lights would only appear randomly and stay there for a few seconds. I took my car to Sancars (one of the best in Leicester if you have an electrical problem) who straightaway told me that the fault is with the alternator, which was new (£359). I brought my car back to Humberstone and yes spoke to the owner who clearly has zero customer service skills, is not bothered and is rude quite frankly. He was not happy that we went to another garage. He told me that he will have to send the alternator for testing and the supplier will charge me for testing and there will also be a charge for sending and bringing the alternator back.
