Chi Clinic Tai Chi & Qigong

I have been in Vicky’s tai chi and qigong classes for well over 10 years. Her teaching is gentle, empathetic and thorough. She has learned from the great Chinese masters, studied with them at the university in Beijing and shared her deep knowledge and understanding with us.Tai chi and qigong are the best ways to keep oneself healthy physically, mentally and emotionally. I travel many miles to stay in Vicky’s classes despite having moved away from Sutton.

If you could award more than 5 stars I would. Love tai chi, love Vicky. I would recommend to anyone wanting to relax, feel healthy in mind and body, in a calm supportive environment. Your fellow classmates are pretty wonderful too!!

She is an excellent, empathetic teacher who always makes everyone feel welcome, whatever their previous experience of tai chi. I have had wonderful sessions with Vicky enjoying Tai chi in its various forms, for all its benefits after suffering a bad back, neck and shoulder - the health exercises help me enormously and I can now touch my toes!! Vicky is kind and thoughtful and makes us all relax at ease. I am also enjoying her stick class which takes me out of my comfort zone
