Whitshiels Cafe
Just popped in for a sausage and bacon roll, hot chocolate and a latte and couldn’t resist the cakes at the counter. Everything tasted amazing and the staff were really friendly, especially the young girl on till. I’ll definitely be back, I’ll bring my mam next time for a sit down meal inside. Thank you

Food was a good quality, freshly made and of good portion sizes. The staff were polite and helpful taking orders at the tables. There is a covered seating area outside. Toilets are located outside on the side of the building. Free parking area. Will visit again when passing and needing a break or refreshment.

Waited over 35min for sandwiches and 1 portion chips. Not told that they had run out of coleslaw. Food itself was very nice. Offered partial refund. It's a very nice place just hope they were having a bad day!

I meant to stop for a snack but the menu was so tempting I had a plate of chicken and rice instead. Delicious. The staff were welcoming and friendly despite it being really busy.

Popped in for breakfast, however, we had just missed it. Opted for the macaroni and cheese instead. and was glad I did - it was piping hot, and delicious - probably one of the best I've tasted. Would recommend Whitshiels cafe.

Lovely setting ,also lovely food, I had the homemade steak pie also took 3 of the homemade cheesecake lol

We will just have to visit this Cafe more.....Festive Yorkshire Pudding with chips & peas..... Sticky Toffee pudding... delicious..... Coffee was great too..not forgetting Staff also great.....thankyou

Stopped off here on Saturday and was very impressed. They were very accommodating to my dietary needs as I am Coeliac and reassured me that my meal would be completely Gluten Free. Several Gluten free options available. Great portion size for price and it was very yummy. Sat outside under the shelter as had my dog with me. Will definitely come back here again.
