Got a battery off these guys one time. After couple months battery was draining fast. I had battery tested in Dublin as I live there. In five minutes I was told it had a bad cell. I went back up to Strabane from Dublin as I was heading to Donegal and went in to get a replacement battery under warranty. I was told I had to leave battery with them to check it! They couldn't just check it there whilst I was there?? Anyway I couldn't leave it as I needed it in car to drive! I had to go back up to Strabane a week later after I borrowed another battery to put in car while I dropped off faulty battery. Dropped it in to them and came back few days later to be told it indeed was faulty and they gave me a new one. Why couldn't they just have checked it when I went in first time???? Only takes 5 minutes. Total hassle with them. Never again will I go back to these guys. Ever.

Horrible customer service, would not return an item that arrived without its necessary gaskets without an argument . Also 10% more expensive than other suppliers for the exact same part.

Recently went in for a new battery, gave them my registration they got me a battery. When I took out the old battery it was clear the new one was wrong. When I returned the new one a few days later. I was charged £10 for a mistake that wasn’t mine. Pretty clear they don’t care too much about customer satisfaction. Got a new battery from an online shop. That gives great warranty. I like to support local but not when they are greedy.
