Really clean. The shop is easily laid out. Staff friendly was a quick visit and it's basically a carbon copy of all of the boots.

Person on no7 white bob hair very rude did everything she could but serve me had waited for her to assist me but helping other customers behind or side of me really felt intimated and embarrassed out me of getting anything and not going to store again

Always a good choice of goods.Needed new blood pressure monitor.

If I could give a zero I would , staff make their own rules up on how many items you can purchase

Called to check something was in stock. Staff put it behind the till for me to collect in an hour. I needed something else so they looked to see if it was available in any of the other local stores. Great service. Easy to park. Great range. Paid with my points!

This is a fantastic store which is purely down to the staff who can't do enough for you. Obviously the store has everything that you'd expect a Boots to have but the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable

Had nothing but difficulty picking up prescriptions here. First time the walk in centre was told they were open only for me to get there and they weren't, then when I went the following day they didn't have enough of the medication to fill my order so I had to go back yet again. The next time the pharmacist hadn't shown up for work but luckily they could release my prescription, giving me the paper copy so I could go elsewhere. This time the hierarchy had removed the pharmacist and sent them to another store. As my prescription had been filled out (just needed the pharmacist to hand it over) I was given no alternative but to come back the following morning causing the customers that rely on my services to be inconvenienced. I will be changing to a different pharmacy on-line for my now repeat prescriptions!

Went in for advice and dressings for infecteded big toes developing after having sections removed from both sides of both toes. Staff were very helpful and got tape and antiseptic cream from them but due to discussion on treatment forgot the dressings which I had mentioned I needed. Being 70 I forgot them but so did they. Otherwise very helpful, would use again.

Boots at Kingston retail park. Been for years and found staff always vert friendly and take time even if busy to help
