Have purchased replacement wedding rings (old ones bit worse for wear), from Roberts and Owen a few years ago, whilst on holiday in North Wales. Decided to visit shop again on our 30th wedding anniversary, and bought two sets of earrings. Beautiful love spoon earrings for my wife, made by Clogau. The second time my wife wore these earrings, one fell out This happened on a special birthday, and my wife was very upset. After fruitless searching, i rang Roberts and Owen shop and spoke to John. He asked me to send the remaining pieces with a letter to him to have a word with Clogau. Thanks to John and Ingrid we received a new pair of earrings, with extra plastic backs. Fantastic service, and thoroughly recommend this shop. Whilst in the shop we were treated very well and even let our dog , Molly in as well.( She is very well behaved, unlike us .ahem). Superb traditional jewellers!!! John & Ingrid were very helpful.I popped in for a replacement silver chain for a pendant I have! I received a helpful service….. Ingrid was patient with my selection, various options were shown to me and a slight tweak was made to the chain I choose (so it fitted my pendant!) by John.Being able to see the chains in person and try before I buy was great….. all round great little shop and great service! Thank you xx

I am writing a review on behalf sister who bought a lovely Clogau ring from you. She was so thrilled with the ring and the customer service both her and her husband received. My sister doesn't have the Internet, but wanted to share how happy is with her ring and how helpful the man who served them was.

Called in with my husband to purchase a Glogau ring to match my tree of life, waited a while to be served (empty shop) after a wait as we were about to leave a lady came through. She took my husbands ring size, however when they didn't have in stock the ring we wanted, she quickly requested we pay £5 for the ring sizing as we weren't making a purchase. We later went into a jewellers in Conwy and were made to feel very welcome, they ordered the ring in for us and dispatched straight to our address.
